Good news: I leave for spain in 3 DAYS! Bad news: I have a really sucky cold. Worse news: I have a really sucky cold three days before I leave for Spain! wtfff. So I didnt go to school today seeing as I cant even breathe out of my nose. I need to get better, and fast; I still have to go buy stuff before I leave for my trip. I dont think you can understand how excited I am. I've never been off this continent, and now i'm going to Europe. It doesnt even feel like I'm leaving in a few days. But ready or not, here it comes! (sorry for the cheesy-ness, i couldnt resist) I'm so happy to hear that Sugarloot isn't closing. That would have really sucked. I would have been pissed if I lost my "sugarloot family". Hopefully there wil be some new contests when i get back?
Not gonna lie, i'm getting pretty annoyed with not knowing what is happening to sugarloot. Remodeling? Closing? It would be nice to be in the loop. I want to enter new contests but there aren't any new ones and none of the old ones are ending. Whats up with that? Ughh whatever though. I guess we just have to wait and see. So this week is midterm week at school. Its nice cause there are only three periods a day and if you dont have a test one of those blocks you dont have to be there. This morning I woke up late, took my time getting ready, drove myself to dunkin donuts, then hit up the school library for some last minute studying. It was great :] The bad part is, these tests can be wicked hard. I'm dreading physics and history. Well, wish me luck.
Basically im writing this little update because im bored. I dont think I have anything new to report. Im just wondering... what is going on with sugarloot?! I saw Liz's status and how she deleted everything in her profile. Some people are saying that sugarloot might be closing. I seriously hope it doesnt. I mean yeah, entering contests is a ton of fun. But I dont want to stop talking to everyone on here. There are people on here that I consider friends that I havent even met. Sugarloot is basically one big family. I really dont want to lose that.
Stayed home from school today... you know how once in a while you just need a day off? Thats exactly how I felt. So Grease is starting to come together really well. We finished learning one of the dances, ("Shakin' at the High School Hop"), and it is soo much fun. Like seriously I cannot wait for this show. Oh and guess what... exactly a month from today I leave for Spain! ahh!
Happy New Yearrrr! Wow it feels so weird saying "2010". Only one more year until graduationnn. So pumped... well kinda, i mean im really gonna miss all of my friends and stuff. But i dont have to worry about that for another year. Anyway... i'd say that it's been a pretty great decade. There were some ups and downs, but thats life. I'm ready to see what this new decade has in store for me. Bring it on 2010, bring it on.
Merry Christmas! So last night I helped out with the little kid's christmas pageant at my church, and i have to say it was adorable. The baby jesus was soo cute. Then my family came over for christmas eve dinner and we opened presents and stuff. It was a lot of fun. Then this morning my parents completely surprised me by getting me a camera. They told me that I wouldn't be getting anything this year because my trip to spain is SO expensive. But now I have a camera to take with me :) It was a pretty good morning. Soon I'm headed off to my aunt's house for a family christmas party. My family is insane so this should be funn.
So they warned that there would be a huge snow storm and there would be around ten inches of snow. We got.. what, 3 inches? Oh yeah, quite a storm. At least there will be some snow on the ground for christmas. That reminds me, its like 5 days away and I still need to finish my shopping, oh boy. Rehearsals havent been as crazy this week cause we pushed back Grease (which is now in February instead of January, thank god). Im pretty excited about it. But when I think of February, I think of SPAIN. A week in Spain with my friends, no parents, and some cool teachers. Can you say pumped?!
Wow, crazy weekend. Friday was the junior/senior semi-formal at my school and it was so much fun. I love getting all dressed up and taking pictures with all my friends and our dates and just dancing the entire night. I probably lost so many calories from all that dancing haha. Then the next day (yesterday) was the holiday show. It ended up being THREE HOURS LONG. It was insane. But it was so much fun and was reallyy good. Now tonight I start rehearsals for Grease. I'm exhausted. I think im gonna crawl back into bed :)

First snow day of the school year... it feels pretty good haha. I can't even remember the last time I slept in, every weekend I have to wake up early for rehearsals & other things like that. Today I might be going sledding with a bunch of my friends, and I was thinking about going and taking some pictures for my photography class. Last night I had a pretty crazy rehearsal. The good news is I got put in another scene that is hilarious and I absolutely love. The bad news is i have to memorize all of my lines by tomorrow. Well i better get started.
Oh and by the way, please vote a ten for my black and white entry. I will return it!
So I decided to give my profile a little more holiday cheer... like it? I thought it was necessary after FINALLY getting some snow! Its only around an inch, but still! A week ago it was sixty degrees, and I was not getting a December vibe. Hopefully we get some more, I just wish it didnt have to be cold to have snow. I know its kinda impossible but I would like to be able to walk to my car in the morning and not freeze my butt off. Well anyway, yesterday I was at a very long dress rehearsal, but the show looks like it will be very good. Opening night is only 5 days away! :]

yes and that's how prom SHOULD be! you should be able to take whoever you want. haha thankfully im single so i dont have to worry about any conflicts with a date! hahaha :]

omg that sucks! yeahh we have junior and senior prom. the only weird rule is that the only way you can go is if you are, in fact, a junior or senior. so if you have a date in a different grade than you they CANT GO! kind of sad for people in situations like that...im on prom committee now and we've been planning since last january! so crazy! we've finally narrowed it down to 3 themes and voting is taking place now. i am definatly excited! :]

yesss break went by WAY too fast this year! i mean, i guess i can look forward to regents week because we get 3 or 4 days off but thats a stressful time of year... :\
