Right now, I'm one busy chick. I'm trying desperately to balance my social life with my career. I'm still acting and dancing as always. Here's an update on what I'm up to....
THEATER: I just finished up an improv show called Micetro. It is a competition show similar to "Whose Line is it anyway?" It was so much fun! I never won but got close a couple of times. I learned so much and had such a great experience. Learning improv has really helped me in auditions, including one I just did for a TV Pilot in New york. The first thing they had us do was improv!!!
On-Camera: I have been spending time at ACT (American Conservatory Theater) in San Francisco studying On Camera acting. Although I already have some experience in that area, I hope that that is the path my career goes so I need all the training I can get! Many celebrities attended ACT including Denzel Washington, Elizabeth Banks, Chris Pine (Star Trek), Winona Ryder, and many more. I am so excited.
DANCE: I am currently "Alice" in my dance studio's famous production of Alice in Wonderland. People from all around california come to see our performance! It is an amazing and "trippy" show. I'll post videos of the show later.
I will also be traveling to LA to dance at the Edge for a couple of weeks. Last time I went there I was training for World Hip Hop Championships, where my team competed.
I am also working as a stylist in San Francisco... styling clients including the MAYORS WIFE!!! It's been so amazing. I've even been working with Louis Vuitton, Barney's and Neiman Marcus. BEST JOB EVER!
It's going to be an amazing summer!
