Best Photo
This is a picture my husband took in Iraq. There were in Gaugamela, where Darius and Alexander fought in 331 B.C. He is very proud to have walked where the greatest men in history had. He was with Generals and other high ranking commanders during this mission and no one else in his unit stepped foot in this area. I wanted to enter this photo because not only does it show the beauty in Iraq but because my husband is very proud to have been here and completed his long mission that day mainly on foot. He broke his camera not long after this when his weapon hit it in his pocket so the screen no longer works. It would be great if I could win this and give him another camera!
