From the moment I met Julie I knew we would be the best of friends and I was right! We are always there for each other. I love her! Yes that is a mannequin... named Chloe... in a gas station! I think the guy we asked to take this picture was kind of freaked out : P but whatever WE HAVE FUN!!! Plus its almost her birthday and what better than to take her on a shopping spree!?
