I think he biggest style don't is swearing clothes WAY too tight. I see so many people wearing their cloths about 2 sizes too small and its gross, but yet they think they look hot.

I remember when high socks were in, in like the 90's. I hate crocs. I work at A&F so that is what I normally wear. I like vintage stuff too. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Urban outfitters. We don't have one where I live but when I visit my family in michigan we go up to ann arbor and go shopping at URban Outfitters up there. I got a pair of seven for all mankind jeans there on sale for half off. That was a good deal

I think fur is the biggest "don't". Not only is it cruel and killing animals, but it also looks tacky. I'm not a part of Peta, but I do believe "fur is murder".

sperry's are in where i live. Fur is actually in but its not real fur. Its called faux. Unless its a huge designer like mark jacobs then yeah it's real. I don't like it if its real. I can't imagine wearing it. I have some hoodies from a&f with it though. It's not real fur.

i hate socks with flats. If your going to wear socks with flats, only where them (to keep from getting blisters) if they are the same color as your flats and your wearing long pants. If you wear pants and have black socks and black flats, people MAY not be able to tell you have on socks. Even if they do, it won't look as tacky.

There are so many great entries. I can see the delay in model. What a great opportunity for someone.

Here is a funny fashion no/no: (okay not really fashion..more like hygiene) Rainbows are like everywhere. People wear them with everything. I like them too. My biggest complaint with them is though...GUYS do you own a pair of toe nail clippers???? Puh-lease eeew. We do not live in a third world country. Clean your feet. hahhahahaha. Can't stand looking at long ugly toenails on a guy. Total turn off for me. ugh!! Total Fashion DO NOT!!!

its gross when guys have really really nasty/hairy feet and then wear SANDALS. its bad enough they have gross feet, but why show them off??
and wearing really slutty clothing is a bad one too. i think its gross when girls wear skirts so short so can see the pockets hanging out the bottom or the tops are soo low. its gross!

I agree. One girl came in when I was working and she had super short shorts on. Her butt was pretty much hanging out and a tube top that was just big enough to cover her boobs. It was Horrible.

A certain "girl" i know's mom has that problem...(overfill)..thing is she wears her teen daughters clothes. That should be on here as a definite fashion NO. I see my friend wear an outfit to school and then her mom wear it to my brothers football game the next week. They do not fit. Def doesn't look nice.

Oh I know. Luckily my mom little sister and i can wear the same stuff though(shirt wise anyways). It's different if the clothes fit. I see people like that though. Moms wear their daughters shirts when it is WAY WAY too small. I agree, it doesn't look nice at all. Oh, anothing is black and brown. rarely SOMETIMES, depending on what though, its ok. Like some people can wear khaki type shorts and a black top. That's ok.

idk...there is just something not right about a mom wearing a Hollister or AE t-shirt in my eyes. Thats why they have The Gap. I can "fit" in Limited Too clothing but that surely doesn't mean I am gonna go out and wear it because I can.

Haha, I hate it when moms try to be all trendy and wear their kids clothing-Its just wrong.
There are a few foreign exchange students from Norway and they wear flats with socks, but some how they can pull it off perfectly!
The thing I hate above everything is the peace fad! I'm all for wearing peace signs and respecting the earth, but when you walk around wearing a tote, shirt, and accessories all plastered with a million peace signs its just over the top! You dont have to wear a million peace signs everyday to get your point across. When you go overboard, it just looks tacky!

i think the biggest fasion don't is guys wearing skinny jeans and tight hoodies. expessially bright coloured skinny jeans. i mean, they're cute on us girls. but its like the guys are trying to hard to hard to look good. when i think they look..i dunno...weird :P

there's lots of opinionated fashion don'ts, but nothing comes to mind. I love urban outfitters and turn to american apparel when i need basics and stuff :) they're both my favorites. though they're also expensive so i pretty much only buy clearance and AA off the eBay store. haha!

anyways. just throwing in my two cents

my fav store to shop right now is Buckle. I am really into layering and pairing with my fav jeans with either some flats, greek sandals, or my neon Nike Airs depending on the shirts. Love that store. Hardly anyone here has gotten the hang of the layering and I totally am not sharing my secret or store. hahaha

Its so hard seeing fashionably disabled people!! Ha in other words, dont wear huge T shirts and skinny jeans with sneakers. I say, even it out. Skinny jeans? Wear flats and a baby doll top. Jumbo T shirt? Tie it at a loose, but not frumpy fit and wear regular jeans or shortshorts. There are so many ways to fix up a shirt, bottom, accessory, or anything else that I think theres no excuse for a bad outfit just because. Who agrees??

I totally agree Spice with certain boots. I don't like the Ugg's like shown in the pic. Just because something is popular doesn't mean it looks good. I find nothing appealing about those shoes. They do NOTHING for that outfit. They are flat footed boots. Yuck. That is one fashion statement I wont be making.
