eww McCain is just a slightly more intelligent version of the same crud we have had the last eight years. I'm especially scared that if he did become president and then became ill and crazy palin took over.
But what puzzles me about this contest are the fact that the majority entering are too young to vote. lol

Your argument against McCain would be better if you didn't say the same old broad general statement everyone and their mothers use :]

Oh believe me I have a great argument; however, sugarloot is not the place for it in details.
Palin supports shooting wolves from helicopters and I know more about foreign policy than that woman.
Even the little bit I shared was more intelligent than shouting "McCain!!! :]"

I'm following this election extremely closely, I'm going to be a politician one day. So don't tell me what I do and don't know.

It's just frustrating to see people shouting their choice and giving no reason to why they are choosing who they are.
I'm voting for left because I believe that the traditional (conservative) system of running things has turned us into a country with an overbearing military and a weak economy. I think that the rich keep getting richer and the poor poorer and it isn't fair.
This among other opinions is why I'm voting for Obama.

I don't necessarily feel like seeing your shout out "McCain!" So don't be putting down my vote and calling me sweetie and telling me you can type "a lot" and be a politician. If you had the time to go spouting off all that mayyybee just maybee instead you could of told me why you were voting the way you are...that is if you are even 18.

Why am I voting McCain? And yes, I am voting. I am voting for McCain because I believe the most important thing for our country right now is a strong foreign policy stance. We need to secure our borders to protect the citizens of our country. We need to finish Iraq in a responsible manner so that the lives our soldiers will not be lost in vein because people back home who have never seen the horrors of war won't let them finish what they went there to accomplish. I believe in finishing our work in Afghanistan and putting an end to governments who smile at the idea of our country being destroyed. Barack Obama will not put our country first and the men who fight so bravely for our country first.


Obama tells people of all the fantastic and wonderful plans he has for our country. A smart voter would realize that are are blatantly unrealistic. The most power people in our country is not the president and his advisors. It is our Congress. For example: in 2003, George W. Bush tried to pass a bill that would have monitored everything Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Had this have passed, the financial crisis most likely may not have occured, or may be not to this degree. Instead, Democrats in the House and Senate shot this bill down. Can you see now the power of these people? What makes you think they will not do the same to Obama's ideas? Things Obama wants will cost the American people an immense amount of money, aka higher taxes.

One such plan that would cost a fortune, when oddly enough, people have no money these days, is to create universal health care. This means that even if you have your own health care that you prefer, that if your job provides you health care, that you still have to pay for everyone else's health care. Money will be taken from the pay check you get from working so very hard, and be given to something you may not even use. And wow, if you don't use this universal health care that is so amazing, you will be fined.



So, before you go ahead and tell me, someone younger than you, that I know nothing about politics and making informed decisions, get off your high throne and don't judge what someone you don't even know, may know.
