I started last week. High School at last. My 9th Grade year. Not what I had expected. Seems to be nothing but a meat market. All the guys are looking to hook up with the "easy" girls. Even the good guys I would never had expected. I hope they all get warts. Hahahaha.

Im kinda worried about the talent contest. I finished in 54th, and there were 4 people in front of me who did not have enough qualifying votes. Hence, I should have been knocked up to 50th and considered for Grand Prize. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be suprised. Sad to say, but sugarloot has disappointed me before. I like the site and all, but Im just worried they forgot to take this into account.

I'm so excited because I was doing my family tree and I might be related to Criss Angel!!

i hope you qualify madision! because i really like your entry! hopefully sugarloot disqualifies all the entries without enough votes and the ones over a minute (except for logen's because it wasnt her fault) but a lot of entries where people kept speaking and everything for over a minute. They could have shortened it. logen did shorten hers but sugarloot made it longer. it wasnt her fault. but all the other people who didnt follow the rules should get disqualified. but anyways, i really want to know the results!

Aha thanks Ellie, that means a lot. I just really hope I do qualify. Sugarloot let me down by the fact that they couldn't keep track of when voting and entries and such could come in. I bet if they took out all the late entries and votes, I might be able to actually be in the top 50. But Im just kinda P.O'd that sugarloot just couldn't be efficient in keeping up with this stuff, it's a professional sight, and not that hard a thing to do. I understand if it was a technology problem, but really, this isn't the firt time this kind of thing has happened. Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if I wasn't qualified and considered.

i've only been on sugarloot for about a year now, and the talent contest was my first serious contest. And i'm considering leaving sugarloot after the results are up because of all of this confusion. and i asked some people about whether or not the people who didnt have enough votes and those whose entries were over a minute would get disqualified and some people said to me, and i'm quoting them "psh. nope. sugarloot wont disqualify them" i mean C'MONNN! the contest isnt fair otherwise. i really think they should also void all votes that took place after 12 noon when the contest was supposed to end. because some people got their 300 votes in those few hours. and thats unfair to me you and logen who entered our entries in the wayy beggining.

Today was my first day of school! Senior yearrr ;D. It's a tad frightening now, it's going to go by so fast & then I'll be thrown out there in the world ^^;;. Exciting & frightening & stressful haha.

Advice to all the Freshman girls: DO NOT DATE JUST ANYONE. I PROMISE you, all those guys want is to get in your pants, I swear to Jesus, you can't prove me wrong. Do the right thing & focus on school & don't let yourself fall head over heals for the first guy in HS who sings "I love you". Be smart ladies <3

I know! The moment I saw this contest just on the homepage, I was already searching for a monologue that would fit me and I thought I would be able to portray well. I memorized it in just a couple of minutes but practiced it for a couple of days so I could perfect it. Then I entered it and became one of the first entries. I worked so hard and was so determined. I didn't know when voting started, so I wasn't around when it did. So I was quickly downvoted out of those first nine or ten entries. Yet I scrambled until I got myself back up to like an 8.9 which was good at the time. Then all the other entries poured in and a new level of score was presented. I worked hard, making it to like a 1000 votes just get up to a 9.2 and stay there at the very least, by then I had two many votes to really drastically get my score up any higher. I had a ife to live too, so I said "You're in a good place, you're in the top 50, you dont want the iPhone or makeup. Stop waisting your time and go live out your summer." So I did. And I stayed in the top 50, eventually to the point where i was tip-toeing on the edge at 49th. Then the submissions deadline came and nothing happened. New entries from all-too-relieved-slackers and I was pushed back again. And then the voting deadline didnt happen when it was supposed to and all those slackers got enough qualifying votes. When sugarloot finally did get with the program I was just barely qualified, if that is sugarloot even took in to consideration that I do in fact qualify being in 54th and having 4 people in front of me who do not qualify. The point I hope you get from this story is that you can see why I am so cheesed. I worked hard, determined to the point where my mother became worried and frustrated almost. And all for what? To possibly not qualify because sugarloot couldn't be professional and couldn't keep up with their own rules??

Oh yah I did get that e-mail and knew about the revealing on sept 5. This is just like the clique contest though, saying they needed more "time". They knew the winners then and I dont expect it to be any different this time. Congrats to the lucky girl.

I'm sick of downvoters. To me all it is is jealousy. They only downvote when they think you are a threat. I keep getting lower on my model entry because of downvoters :[. I just want to be higher up in the top 50 so that I know I atleast have a chance.

Ellie, if you're asking what happened during the clique: The winners were to be announced on like September 25, and that's when the winners were notified and were sent e-mails with paper work to do. Sugarloot said they needed more "time" to choose and they extended the winner revealing till about a week later.

logen hows peter pan going?! my show just finished. we only did a few shows. omg. i dont want to go back to school. =( i don't start again until the 9th =)

a few more weeks until opening night. the set looks amazing. the people from Los Vegas will be here week after next to set up the flying and train us. Really excited about Flyin!! I am missing all the football games and stuff like that at school though because of six day rehearsals. :-((

i start school the 3rd, and our theatre company is going to be the 1st highschool ever to do Frankenstein the musical this year as our fall show. and the directors from the broadway nusical are going to be watching every rehersal so thats pretty exciting.

we are also going to be doing Beauty and the Beast for the winter show, and for the spring, we are doing This is a test and Updown staircase.

thats cool michelle! yeah i was just in a production of Oklahoma. We did a two week intensive camp meaning that we only had two weeks (Technically ten days) to get the show up and running. I'm not quite sure what our fall and spring productions will be at my school this year but i'm still excited. also, i'm performing oklahoma again during the winter (I go to a performing arts school outside of schoolso we do musicals over the summer and then we usually do a holiday show in the winter and a variety show at the end of the "school year" to showcase what weve done throughout the year, but this year were doing another performance of Oklahoma)So i'm excited to start up again with my performing arts school. =)

"Sorry sweetie, but it was legitimate to block judges who were massively down voting ALL the girls on WMBW. Just ask Bobbi Does Dailies, she can verify this is true. And there are over 8000 registered Judges, I doubt I could "block them all". Most of them that we all blocked were kicked off the site eventually by Dale anyway. I have a list of all of my friends on my profile here that are supporters on WMBW, Savvy and/or myspace, and you and anyone else are more than welcome to talk to any of them and ask them if I have ever sent out any messages on any of the sites they belong to for them to down vote anyone on any site, as a matter of fact there are several girls that my mom and i supported over on WMBW that won a month way before I ever did. So it is obvious that you must have been over on WMBW and are jealous that I did legitimately win, or Dale would not have made me a winner for June. It was a 3 way tie and he could have chose one of the other girls! Hmmm... i guess that says something in itself, now doesn't it? Why would Dale choose a cheater when we were all tied?
